CORONAVIRUS UPDATE FOR CUSTOMERS

We understand that this is an extremely worrying and uncertain time for everyone.

We wanted to reach out to reassure you that we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our incredible staff and delivery partners, but also you, our loyal and supportive customers.

We are continuously monitoring the advice from the UK Government, Public Health England and World Health Organisation and will be updating our website regularly with further updates.

Please visit this page for further information relating to COVID-19.

Best wishes,

Can I still place an order with Jane & Tash online?

Yes, following the advice from Public Health England we are still making deliveries for online orders.

What precautions are Jane & Tash taking during the fulfilment and packaging stage prior to delivering items?

Here at Jane & Tash, we take the safety of our team and our customers very seriously. Following the UK Government’s Guidelines and World Health Organisation advice we are taking extra measures to ensure our team are adhering to all hygiene standards during the dispatching process.

Are deliveries of parcels still running on time?

Delivery lead times are currently running on time, however this may be subject to change. We are reviewing the situation daily and significant changes will be posted across all our social media channels. Any delays to parcels will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and we will contact customers directly if there are any changes.

Should I be concerned about touching an order I have received?

Public Health England have stated that there is no evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted via packages.

How can I receive parcels if I am self-isolating or do not wish to come into contact with the delivery driver?

When an item is out for delivery, customers will be available to select alternative delivery options (i.e. leave the item in a safe place) to avoid receiving parcels directly from the delivery courier. At present you can also ask the delivery courier to log your name and sign on your behalf to avoid handing over electronic devices and limiting face-to-face contact.

Will you extend the Returns policy during the self-isolation period?

If you are unable to return your item due to self isolation restrictions, we will of course honour and extend our Returns period provided that the item meets our other Terms and Conditions, including keeping the item in its original packaging and condition (unworn, tags attached and returned in our Jane & Tash box). Please email us for further details on how to return your parcel.
