RETURNS INFORMATION  

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached and returned by guaranteed delivery to Jane & Tash Bespoke within 14 days of confirmed delivery of your item.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Please kindly note in line with our Terms & Conditions the customer is responsible for returns and shipping costs.

* Please kindly note No Returns/Refunds or Exchanges can be made on any 'sale' items. All sales and prices are final.

* Please kindly note international customers are not eligible for exchanges, a refund and replacement order will need to be made.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For all of our UK returns & exchanges you can now use our returns portal which allows you to save time by easily returning your order to us, easily swapping sizes/styles, and self-creating returns labels. Please note you will be responsible of the cost of the return, this will be deducted from your refund.

 INTERNATIONAL RETRUNS

For all international returns you can now use our returns portal which allows you to save time by easily returning your order to us by self-creating a returns label. Please note you will be responsible of the cost of the return, this will be deducted from your refund.

HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange your items with ease. 

To begin your return or exchange follow these steps:

  1. Open the  Returns Portal
  2. Enter your Order Number and the Email Address that was used on the order
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return to us
  4. Select if you would like to return or exchange the items
  5. Choose between a refund or a 5% bonus in Store Credit
  6. Store Credit is delivered as a virtual gift card with retained value
  7. Download a QR code or print the postage label and attach it to the outside of the package
  8. Drop your parcel off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal
  9. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For International returns please ensure you classify your parcel as a 'return' and this will allow us to process your parcel back into the UK swiftly. *Failure to do so may result in additional charges which will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to you immediately. *Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your funds to reach your account as this is processed by your Bank.  
Please note exchanges are not currently available for countries outside the UK.
